غلام جیلانی دقیق رئیس این اداره چنین می گوید: در
حال حاضر تعداد استعمال کننده گان و معتادین به مواد مخدر در کشوربه (سه میلیون) تن می رسد.
در بعضی از ولایات،عالمان دین به نفع شخصی خود
عمل می کنند و فتوا می دهند که کشت مواد مخدر حلال است.
افغانستان از لحاظ کشت مواد مخدر در سرلیست کشور
های جهان قرار دارد و از لحاظ ناامنی، ناامنترین کشور در جهان می باشد.

My first question regarding the numbers of addicts in the country!
• Gholam Jilani (Daqiq) head of narcotics says: At present, the number of
drug users and drug addicts in the country reaches (three million).
• Religious scholars in some provinces of the country say that the
cultivation of narcotics is authorized..
•Afghanistan is among the world's leading drug
dealers in terms of drug trafficking and, in terms of insecurity, is the most
insecure country in the world..
